The CESA 6 Technology Department is available to help with any technology issues that may arise. Additionally, the IT department is responsible for reviewing, approving, and installing any software or hardware acquisitions or deployments necessary to perform business functions. To make a request or submit a ticket for assistance, email ithelp@cesa6.org, call the IT help line at (920)718-7028, or visit the IT Helpdesk Portal. Submitting a ticket via email will send it to the general ticket queue. For more specific requests, use the portal and select the appropriate category.

Software Resources

CESA 6 offers several software products that can be used to perform job duties as needed. They include, but are not limited to:

· Microsoft Suite

o Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

· Google Suite

o Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Classroom, etc.

· Adobe Suite

o Acrobat, Photoshop, etc.

· Zoom

o A cloud-based video conferencing platform that can be used for video conferencing meetings, audio conferencing, webinars, meeting recordings, and live chat.

· 3CX (3CX Phone Web client)

o A software-based phone system that allows businesses to make and receive calls using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology.

· InfoSec (Security Awareness Learner Dashboard - Infosec IQ)

o An information security training platform that we use to run our cybersecurity education.

· Verkada Pass

o A physical security platform used to access the primary CESA 6 office outside of typical business hours.

Please consult your department personnel on any other software they use to support their specific responsibilities.

InfoSec IQ

InfoSec is our information security training platform. It is where we offer security training modules and perform our phishing training exercises. CESA 6 uses phishing exercises to gauge the effectiveness of our training and our employees' awareness of risks the organization faces.
