Select Microsoft>Microsoft Account.
Select "Sign in".
Enter your CESA 6 email and select "Next". NOTE: You should be redirected to a login page with the CESA 6 logo in the background. If not, contact IT by emailing ithelp@cesa6.org.
Select "Forgot my password".
Enter the Captcha prompt and select "Next".
Select "Approve a notification on my authenticator app", the select "Next".
It will provide you with a number; enter this into your Microsoft Authenitcator app on your phone.
If your phone is set as a backup, it will prompt you to enter your phone number to send a call or text to. Enter your phone number in the box and select "Text".
Enter the code that was provided in the box and select "Next".
Enter your new password in both boxes, ensuring it meets the strength requirements, then select "Next".
Your password is now reset and you will be able to use it to log in to your CESA 6 account. If you are still unable to log in, contact CESA 6 IT Support by emailing ithelp@cesa6.org, calling the IT help line at (920)718-7028, or submitting a ticket via the IT Helpdesk Portal.

Microsoft will reroute to a CESA 6 MFA request.
The most typical form will be a push notification on your personal or work
phone. Follow the instructions on your device to approve the request.
Enter the new password in both boxes.
Select Submit to confirm password change.
Your password is now reset and you will be able to use it to log in to your CESA 6 account. If you are still unable to log in, contact CESA 6 IT Support by emailing ithelp@cesa6.org, calling the IT help line at (920)718-7028, or submitting a ticket via the IT Helpdesk Portal.
