Resetting Your Microsoft Password

1. In Google Chrome, go to the CESA 6 Agency Bookmarks.

2. Select Microsoft>Microsoft Account.

3. Select the Password on the left.

4. Microsoft will reroute to a CESA 6 MFA request. The most typical form will be a push notification on your personal or work phone. Follow the instructions on your device to approve the request.

5. Enter the new password in both boxes.

6. Select Submit to confirm password change.
